This competition is open to university undergraduates who are not in their final year of study. Due to the nature of the prize, postgraduate students are not permitted to enter.

The closing date for the competition is 16 December 2011 at 23:59 GMT.

One entry per person.

Finalists will be notified by 3 February 2012 at 23.59 GMT.

The final will be held at Clifford Chance head office, 10 Upper Bank Street, London E14 5JJ on 12 March 2012 or such other date as may be notified. Prizes will be awarded on the same day.

Finalists are entitled to return travel expenses to London up to £300 each.

The judges' decision is final!

By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them.

The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law.

The prizes include an iPad2, return standard class tickets for two from London to Casablanca, 3 nights' accommodation in Casablanca and a place on a four-week vacation scheme at Clifford Chance London.

Flights and accommodation will be arranged by Clifford Chance.

The flights do not include supplements or travel insurance.

The trip to Casablanca must be taken up between 1 April 2012 and 28 September 2012.

The vacation placement must be taken up between 18 June 2012 and 13 July 2012.
 
The winner will be required to provide their Full Name (as stated on passport), Date of Birth, Nationality and Passport Number together with that of their guest. No cash or other alternative is available if the winner is not able to visit Casablanca for any reason during the period stipulated.

The prize is non-transferable and is only open to the winners and, in the case of the trip to Casablanca, their chosen guest.

There is no cash alternative or exchange.

No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
